Late
In the event that you may be LATE to your scheduled appointment, please text 281-318-9462 to notify me, there is a 10 minutes grace period, with the exclusion of all service 15 mins or less . There will be a 5 min grace for those slots. You run the risk of losing all paid deposits, appointment slots, and will need to reschedule your appointment, if anytime thereafter; this is solely at the barbers desecration and availability the day of.
Cancellation
In the event that you need to Cancel your appointment, please text 281-318-9462 to cancel . A 24 hour notice is required in order to transfer your deposit forward; if not, you run the risk of losing your deposit and will be subjected to rescheduling your appointment. Keep in mind that all deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. Therefore, it is imperative to maintain punctuality and fairness to each client by keeping an open line of communication and consideration of ones time.
No Show
In the event that you NO SHOW, you will be subjected to a 100 % penalty of whatever service you booked. Fees will have to be paid in order to book any future appointments.
Refunds
All Sales Are Final! There are no refunds on any products sold. There are No Refunds on hair unit services . If you are not satisfied with the service you received, please contact us immediately so that we can discuss any issues or concerns you may have and we will do our best to work with you to come up with a solution. However, we will gladly exchange any unworn or untampered hair units in its orginal selling conditions within 7 days of delivery. The customer will be responsible for any shipping fees associated with exchange.
