At Muzik The Barber LLC, we stand by the quality and professional standards of our hair systems and related products. Due to the nature of these products — including adhesives and hygiene-related materials — strict policies are in place to ensure client safety, sanitation, and product integrity.

All Adhesives, Tools & Related Products – Final Sale

• All adhesives, tapes, removers, and hygiene-related products are final sale.

• We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on these items once an order has been placed and shipped.

• This policy applies to both opened and unopened products due to safety and contamination standards.

Hair System Return Policy

We understand the importance of confidence when purchasing a hair system and aim to be fair while maintaining professional standards.

We will gladly accept returns only under the following conditions:

• The hair system must be unworn

• The hair system must be uncut and unaltered

• Lace must not be trimmed

• No adhesive, glue, tape, or product must have been applied

• The system must be in its original condition and packaging

If any signs of wear, cutting, customization, or product use are present, the return will be denied.

Return Shipping Responsibility

• Return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the buyer

• Muzik The Barber LLC and its affiliates do not provide return labels

• We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments

Returned items must be approved prior to being sent back.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you must contact us within 48 hours of confirmed delivery.

• Clear photos of the item and packaging

Claims submitted after 48 hours may be denied. All claims are reviewed, and resolutions are determined at our discretion.

Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for:

• Performing a patch test before using adhesives or topical products

Muzik The Barber LLC is not liable for misuse, improper installation, allergic reactions, or individual sensitivities.
