Service Description
Thank you for your interest in Muzik The Barber’s Hair Replacement Systems. Consultations can be done either over the phone or in person. 👉 For phone consultations: Please have 2–4 clear photos of your balding areas ready (front, back, and side profile pictures are preferred). Also, include a photo of your desired hairstyle. 📲 Text your photos to 281-318-9462. Please allow 12–24 hours for a response. ⚠️ Important Requirements: Your natural hair must be a certain length for the unit to blend properly. Your hair texture may limit which styles can be achieved. Once we agree on your desired style, we’ll discuss available appointment dates. Please note: failure to follow these instructions may affect your current and future appointments. ✅ After your appointment is confirmed, all you need to do is arrive on time. 📌 If you need to reschedule, please contact me at least 24 hours in advance.
Cancellation Policy
In the event that you may be LATE to your scheduled appointment, there is a 10 minutes grace period. You run the risk of losing all paid deposits, appointment slots, and will need to reschedule your appointment, if anytime thereafter; this is solely at the barbers desecration and availability the day of. In the event that you will be late, need to cancel, or reschedule your appointment, please text 281-318-9462 to cancel or reschedule. A 24-hour notice is required in order to transfer your deposit forward; if not, you will lose your deposit and will be subjected to rescheduling your appointment. Keep in mind that all deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE, so it is imperative to maintain punctuality and fairness to each client by keeping an open line of communication and consideration of ones time.
